Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

How long will my cookies and crackers stay fresh?
When kept in their original sealed packaging, most of our cookies stay fresh for up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend storing them in an airtight container to maintain their signature crispness.
